Giappone

“Giappone” is a mashup photographic travel diary of Japan written in Italian from the perspective of a New Yorker. Subsequently a limited menu featuring a Japanese dessert base with Italian ingredients was created to commemorate the book. Menu included sambuca-infused Japanese sakura gelatin, chocolate espresso mochi and a red bean panna cotta.

Very little of this makes sense.
